Writing the letter 'F'

I saw some images of English alphabet, I got confused about writing the small 'f' after seeing the images. In some images it was written as sky letter while in others in all the four line. Would anybody, please, tell me what's the correct way of writing it.

In most ordinary (non-fancy) printed fonts, the stroke of 'f' does not descend "below ground", as they call it on that website. In handwriting it often does, and it also often has an extra curl at the bottom (or a loop in some people's writing).
