Some people think young people should be required to have full-time education until they are at least 18 years old. To what extent do you agree or disagree?
It is argued that students should study full time in the school and universities upto the age of 18 years. I strongly disagree with this opinion because letting the young generation do part time study will allow them to work during their study years which will help them solving problem and improving communication skills.
First and foremost, when children will do part-time study before 18 years of age, they will have more time to work in a company as helper or in restaurant. Working as a part-time will get them some real work problems which can challenge their ability to come up with some solutions. As a result, this will make the young people resilient, helping manage professional life problems in later life such as financial issues. For instance, a recent survey published in China stated that about 85 % of young people involved in part-time jobs during school years were better in solving financial problems in professional life than others studying full time.
The second and perhaps the overriding reason for my belief is that part-time students can improve their communication skills. This is because they need to converse with the people at work which will ultimately make them learn what to talk infront of people effectively. For example, working in a restaurant, a young part time job holder will understand to speak professionally with the customers and manager. In contrast, If they just did full-time study, they would never know the solution to real problems and would never be able to communicate well.
In conclusion, part time education will allow students to do some additional work, which will allow them to be good at solving problem and communication
