Writing task 2 work-life balance help me evaluate my essay

Most people try to balance between their work and other parts of their lives. Unfortunately, not many achieve this balance. What are the reasons for this and what can be done to solve this?

In today’s world, finding a compromise between career advancements and personal obligations is a thorny issue for many people. Indeed, only a handful of people can strike a balance between these demands. This essays indicates some underlying reasons and proposes some solutions for this trend.

Granted, there is a host of reasons why achieving work-life balance is the daunting task for many people. Firstly, it is true that many workers today are under increasing pressure to work incessantly every day. In the technological acceleration area, the quality of life has been enhancing. Leading to the rising of the demand for better services, leisure opportunities,..etc of each individual. Therefore, with a view to fulfilling these demand, many jobs have been creating concomitant with the uplifting of the workload in many places. As a result, many workers devote more time to work and ignore other parts of their life. Furthermore, the economic recession has made the labour market increasingly competitive, and so workers are forced to cooperate in this process, fearing loss of promotion or even redundancy if they resist.

However, there are various steps that can be taken to make the problem become less relevant. Admittedly, by allowing flexible working hours, employees can have opportunities to take their time off for raising their family and handling other aspects of life. In addition, employees should run a course about management, stress control or relaxation techniques. This would help to mitigate the impact of heavy workload. For example, In many Vietnamese companies, the staff have to pursue the study of time management. Thus, virtually all Vietnamese workers can have time to take care of their family.

In conclusion, technology advances and economics are two main factors that have created this situation. However, employees and companies together can tackle this problem.
