Writing task 2 wild animals help me

Some people think that a huge amount of time and money is spent on the protection of wild animals, and that this money could be better spent on the human population.To what extent do you agree or disagree with this opinion?

Some people consider that saving wild animals from dying out is a monumental waste of time and money. Thus, it is more beneficial to allocate this money for the human population. Personally, I completely disagree with this notion and think that protecting wild animals is an important investment that would bring benefits to public health.

To begin with, flora and fauna in their ecosystems are closely connected with each other. If the cornerstone species are removed, it will trigger the extinction of other animals and plants, posing the threats of habitat loss and food chain disruption, and this is certainly detrimental to human existence. For example, wild bees play a significant role in our food production. They pollinate a third of everything we eat. Therefore, if these wild animals disappear, our food supplies would be depleted. Furthermore, protecting wild animals does not require a considerable amount of money as some imagine. By using sustainable products and prohibiting native wildlife items, people can make a significant difference in saving wildlife animals.

Furthermore, wild animals have aesthetic values. They are sources of awe, wonder and pleasure for many people. Therefore, saving wild animals can offer recreational benefits or even economic benefits to the country. Indeed, wildlife tourism has become a growing industry in many countries, this industry has generated revenue and provide many job opportunities, raising people’s standard of life. Additionally, in regards to the medical area, research shows that some wildlife species have immune systems and medicinal properties that can prevent some types of disease that people not have. Hence, by studying these animals people can produce medicine to cure these disease.

In conclusion, saving animals is not cost much as people’s thought, and by protecting these species when we can receive many benefits.
