Writing task 2 traffic and hosing problems help me evaluate my essay

Traffic and housing problems could be solved by moving large companies, factories and their employees to the countryside.

Do you agree or disagree?

Traffic congestion and housing scarcity are daunting issues in many places. Thus some people opine that relocating large businesses, including their factories and employees to rural areas is a valuable way to tackle these problems. In my opinion, I completely agreed with this idea and think that this kind but firm approach will have desired result.

Granted, by moving businesses and their facilities to the countryside, the population of urban areas will shrink substantially. Indeed, the root causes of housing problems stem from the migration to urban areas of workers, who seek for better work conditions, which is concomitant with a rise in the need for accommodations. Therefore, in order to fulfill these demand, large companies and their facilities should move to rural areas in that affordable housings can be provided to all workers and the pressure on urban housing supply systems will be relieved.

On the other hand, a reduction in traffic congestion will be seen if this initiative is implemented. It is undeniable that virtually all people have their private transports, giving the rise to the high volume of traffic, in particular, when it comes to the rush hours, many people have to down the street to travel to work, and this lead to gridlock across the city. In Hanoi, for example, during peak hours when everyone is in a hurry to get to work or come back home, the roads seem to be overcrowded by various vehicles. As a result, many people are stuck in the congestion and that make their working progress become slower.

In conclusion, I agree that relocating businesses to rural areas is a justifiable way to address traffic and housing issues and hope that in the near future this idea will be put into practice.
