Topic: In order to be healthy, someone likes to do exercises alone but others prefer doing exercises in group. Which do you prefer?
"To be healthy, doing exercises alone or in group has been a debatable issue. Different people possess different reasons for their different choices about doing exercises between in individual or in group. Personally, I prefer the latter.
First and foremost, what I put in my priority is physical health improvement. The fact is that participating in group exercises creates a chance for people to compete with others. Hence, they are certain to have clear motivation in taking exercises. Thus, they will try their best to do as well as others. As the result, it is bound to be a key factor influencing their physical health. More interestingly, taking part in group exercises is possible for people to share and teach others to perform the steps of the exercises. Consequently, they are likely to be corrected and are able to carry out their exercises better. Accordingly, there is likely hood for them to gain a lot of benefit from doing exercises. It will make a significant contribution to their health improvement. Indeed, because of involving in group exercises, people stand a golden chance have a healthier body.
On the other hand, some people might say that being a group exercises participant, it is certain to result in an increase in the number of who would talk while doing exercises. Therefore, there is likely hood that will be distracted and have a bad impact influence on exercises effect. However, it is not always true. In fact, all exercises groups have significant rules to make sure that their members will have the most effective on their health. By having it, they are not allowed to have any unrelated conversation to their exercise. Moreover, group exercises always possess a large number of people at least six to twenty people or even has a coach to lead them. Consequently, it is possible for them to remind each other to concentrate on their works. Thus, that creates a chance for them to develop their communication skill. By possessing it, that helps them solves many problems happily and improve their mental health. With no doubt, because doing exercises in group make them be distracted, that would lead them to exercise less effective, that idea often ends in collapse.
To sum up, physical health improvement is the convincing reasons for my choice. It is highly recommended that everyone should consider my writing to make a suitable decision on taking part in group exercises."
