People have different views about the question of whether we should be aware of preserving the archaeological legacy or improving fresh substructure and houses. In my opinion, both views can be part of the method to develop the country.

In one hand, people think that the history is essential to humankind. Everyone needs to know about the history event through the inheritance so that they can gain knowledge and also easily understand or remember the history of the country or the world. For example, the war remnants museum of Vietnam has set up the system of Con Dao Island prison for people who cannot go to the island can once see the prison and comprehend how savage the enemy was. A statement of the student from a high school in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam is persuasive; that is, they were excited about the system, and most of them were furious at the hostile. Defending the historic bequest should take emphasis.

On the other hand, it is believed that protecting the old heritage is not important than the insufficiency of humanity. There are a lot of homeless people with children need house, meal, and job to maintain their life. Moreover, the cost of protection of old buildings is prohibitive, which means that it is a waste of money. For instance, it costs lots of money in Con Dao Island to conserve the system of prison. Although the entrance fee will not be enough to preserve the system, it must not be too high. Besides, according to a survey in Canada, it is not funny to uphold the nightmare of the country through the inheritance. The money should spend for the poor to gradually improve their living standards.

In conclusion, although using the money for the folk people should take importance, sustaining the history legacy have a play as well. Like I’ve said, both of them can be parts of approach to progress the country.
