Writing Task 2- Please help to correct

Dear kind teachers,

While correcting my essay, please kindly also help me with structure of this essay. The writing question make me difficult in outlining the body paragraphs. I really don't know how to divide the essay's body. If one body paragraph is fine for this type of topic? Please help.

Topic: Some people say that poor students who come from rural areas often find it difficult to have access to university education. What should be done to solve this problem? Giver reasons for your answers.

It is widely believed that poor students or those who come from rural areas often encounter difficulties in gaining access to university education. This essay will review the main reasons for this problem and propose some plausible solutions.

Firstly, there are various social, economic and personal reasons underlying this issue. Many of these students do not have the qualification and ability to gain admission to universities. Even if they do, however, the lack of quality universities or institutions in the rural area leave them with no other choices but to move to the city- a real challenge for most of them. Thus more emphasis should be placed on education in the rural areas. By constructing schools and universities not only can we provide students with better access to tertiary education but they can be able to have improved academic backgrounds to serve other ambitions. Another obstacle for student is high tuition demanded. The most viable solution to this issue is that the government should provide annual subsidies to universities in an effort to reduce the tuition that student must pay. In some cases, underprivileged students can even be exempted from certain fees. In addition, many poor students or those from rural areas who come to the city in search of better education have trouble in acquainting themselves with their new environment or face financial difficulties. Therefore, the society should act to resolve this problem. Public transportations must be readily accessible at a more affordable price to help students move around. Par-time jobs should also be available for students while the cost of renting accommodation can be reduced.

In conclusion, poor students and those from rural areas face many adversities to gain access to universities. The whole society and the government can undertake many actions to address this issues.
