Writing task 2 please help me check my essay

Question: Some educationalists think that international exchange visits will benefit teenager at school. To what extent do the advantages overweight disadvantages?

My essay:

In the today’s world. Education plays an important role in economic growth of any country. It is argued that it would be beneficial for youngsters if they are exchanged between schools in the world. I personally support for this view and believe that the benefits of this activity eclipse any possible drawbacks.

It is undeniable that the activity brings about some disadvantages. Firstly, students must take expenses, such as tuition fee or accommodation, into account because it could be exceeded their capability. As a result, there will be not many students who want to attend this exchange. Secondly, if students have to study in a different school in another country, which means that they will have to live far from home, leading to the sense of loneliness and homesickness. Therefore, they may not be able to focus on their studies. This will result in the inefficiency of this exchange.

However, the cons as discussed above are outstripped by the pros. Although expenses need to take into consideration. It can be solved if it is supported by schools and governments. Students will nearly not pay any extra fees except for the tuition of their original school (if any). In terms of accommodation for students, most major high schools have their own campuses for international students with affordable costs. In addition, these students will also have opportunities to make new friends who have different cultures or religions, which is likely to become an enjoyable experience for them. Furthermore, this trend will help students broaden a lot of knowledge about the world and in actual fact, there are many universities have succeeded in exchanging their students.

In conclusion, it seems still having some disadvantages of this activity, but I am convinced the fact that the advantages outstrip these disadvantages.
