How can the government make sure that people save enough money to live on when they are old?

Nowadays, not everyone has a good money management. As a result, it is necessary for government to take control of whether people save up enough money for their retirement. In my opinion. both spiritual approach and physical activities should be applied by public bodies.

First and most obviously. among many available solutions, the change in people's awareness plays a key role in building saving habit into their daily lives. it is important to set aside a great deal of money as a preparation when people get older because they have no salary and the social insurances can not pay entirely to meet all their demands at that time. Most people know that kind of thing but they do not realize how serious they are until they have already faced up to many problems such as health problems, high-rise accommodation cost. Therefore, Governments should carry out educational campaigns to encourage people to raise up a personal fund on their own when they are younger, like spending a certain proportion of their income on saving.

Secondly, Authorities necessarily give a loan for the poor. Obviously, not everyone have opportunity as well as financial capability to make a funding for themselves. They could only afford to a low-standard life, not even mention to take care of their future, especially the broke, the homeless and ethnic minority. the financial aid from the local bodies seems to be a chance for them to earn their living and make more money to save up for their future.

All things considered, to show up government's role, social loan should be in conjunction with education program to encourage people to save up for their old age.
