Writing task 2: Please check it for me!!

Nowadays, it is a common belief that employees' working day should be cut down into three or four days instead of five or six days as they are. Personally, i totally agree with this idea. Workers, companies and governments take advantages of less working time.

Firstly and most obviously, reducing working days is a time-saving and money-saving solution for employers and workers. Less time for working means that companies can decrease a considerable amount of money paying monthly salary and compensate for other deficiency. Regarding people, instead of being under pressure of hard working days, they can spend more time on taking care their children, running their home, travelling to chill out, taking up exercises to avoid the immunized diseases. As a result, it can weaken financial burden of the society through domestic cost, tourism, medical treatment, healthcare system...

On the other hand, Less working time does not mean lower working productivity. It is easily seen that for many forward-looking companies, the office is no longer perceived as an indispensable base for work and business, and the effectiveness of the traditional 9-5 working day is increasingly being challenged. The factors such as evolution of online communication software, the proliferation of wireless and mobile networks across the globe allows conference be held not only in the office but anywhere- at home, in the coffee shop or in an airport, subsequently, the concept of the office as an unique center of work and the fixed working hours has been brought into question.

All things considered, fewer working days actually will make a profit for society, due to low cost, unchanged productivity or even better. In my opinion, halving the working days is going to a global solution in the near future.
