Writing task 2 ielts

People have different views about changing the working environment throughout all their working life. While some individuals argue that it would be better for them to enjoy many different companies, I believe that everyone should be able to maintain a stable job in their life.

To begin with, there are a variety of reasons why working for various organizations is not a bad choice. First of all, young adults are fond of the outdoor life so they want to change their jobs to gain some valuable experience in the new workplace. Secondly, companies that people choose to work give them more opportunities to harness their own potential in different areas. For example, informatics teachers could tend to work in IT centers if they do not want to teach at the school. As a result, many people would enhance their resume and seek a new job is more advantageous.

On the other hand, I believe that a stable job is still better than job-hopping these days. The main reason for this view is that competitive work environment does not allow workers to waste time on change their jobs. In most countries with high jobless rates, you could get fired without a replacement job when jumping jobs. Another reason is that maintaining a job enables employees to build a strong relationship with administrators or colleagues, which could help them to get promoted. For instance, people who work in their organizations for a long time would be given a high-salary as well as a rewarding perk. It is really the best way for the business to retain the employees. Finally, working for only one company helps many people enhance the level of job performance that they are responsible for. This brings to them more likely to progress rapidly in their career.

In conclusion, although there are advantages in both views, I still prefer maintaining a job at a certain workplace all my life.
