Writing task 2: Housing. Please check it for me

Some people think that new houses should be built in the same style as the houses already in the area. Others think local council should allow people to build the house in their own style. Discuss both view and give your opinion.

Nowadays, there is an increasing concern about housing which is a controversial issue. Some people insist on maintaining the same style as the other houses in the same area, while others believe that it is their rights to show up their personal style in their houses. In my opinion, it is necessary to consider the surroundings both physically and spiritually before deciding to do this.

On the one hand, the similarity in building structure plays a key role in the beauty of local area. The homogeneous appearance of the houses creates the unique beauty which characterized for the community's lifestyle and even ancient values which is important to be preserved and protected in great historical places of interest. For example, in Barcelona which is one of the most popular destination, it is the old streets with the similar housing structure next to each other that attract thousands of tourists annually.

Turning to the other side of the argument, the human right is the major problem. In many developed countries, people are encouraged to express their on ideas, thoughts without any permission. In the countries which the individualism is the priority, it is difficult to force residents into the compulsory things or certain format. As a result, preventing people from building their houses as they want seems not to be respectful to themselves.

All things considered, Designing a house depends on the living environment as well as lifestyle of the local people. Needless to say, People are living in the community instead of living alone in an isolated island, they need to take care of people around as a part of them.
