These days, technology is developing gradually. People can do many things more faster than in the past. Then they will have more free time. In this essay, I will discuss both of view.

Modern technology brings number of benefits. Firstly, we can finish our works more quickly. For example, I do not need to meet my friends in person when we have a teamwork. I can stay at home and send him an email. In addition, we can discuss through social media. Secondly, it is easy for me to collect the information and relevant document. Take writing task as an example. I can write an essay and then send for my teacher. For that I can save a lot of time from traffic jam, make up and so on.

On the other hand, technology also have tons of disadvantage. Firstly, it will distract us from works. For instance, social network is designed to be addicted. It makes us overuse. Some people depend on it too much.

In conclusion, modern technology plays an virtual role in our life. In my opinion, the benefits outweigh the disadvantages.
