Scientists and the news media are presenting ever more evidence of climate change.
Governments cannot be expected to solve this problem. It is the responsibility of
individuals to change their lifestyle to prevent further damage.
What are your views?

Today, we can feel that the climate has changed, which ignites a public debate. Greenhouse gases are deemed the main factor causing this problem. In order to reduce and control gas emission, in my perspective, governments and individuals must cooperate to solve this emergency.

According to many investigates, great polluted gas comes from industrial plants. It boosts the greenhouse effect, destroys the ozone layer and harms people health. Government must enact laws permit the amount of gas from industries. Besides, technological improvement plays an important role in decreasing pollutants. As a result, government should give encouragements to industries to do this.

However, governments around the world can make agreements to ensure that each country has an allowed gas permission. Kyoto agreement, for instance, was a representative consequence for this issue.

Second, individuals can give a hand to help the environment by changing their lifestyle. As we has known, not only industrial gas but also transport fume can give an impact on the surrounding. Instead of using private vehicles, people can opt to walk, use bicycles or public transport to eliminate exhaust. Additionally, using renewable energy also known as a way to save electric which was made from thermo power station.

In conclusion, we can comprehend the important function of combination between governments and individuals. It will succeed in prevent further damage to the environment.
