Some people decide to start their own business instead of working for a company or organisation.

Do the advantages for people working for their own business outweigh the disadvantages?

It is becoming increasingly common for people to set out their own business rather than working for others organisation. Although there is a lot of common pitfalls, I believe that the benefit of starting their independent ownership more significant than any drawbacks.

Starting a business can be so complicated, challenged and people have to deal with many unpredicted problems. The biggest disadvantage of it is the money problem. The majority of a new business that fails because of a lack of financial sources. They started out with too little money and do not have investment. They need to have some quality or a unique idea of doing business to attract sponsors. By contrast, if they work in a company or organisation, they can have a monthly income source and do not have to worry about money. Also, they can have a steady foundation of their career without any risks. They may have less responsibility for their decision.

On the other hand, setting out a company has several points in its favour. The main one is independence. People can build their own line of business. They can do a job all by themselves. They can decide how they run a business. If someone wants to be the most powerful people in their job, starting a business is suitable for them. They do not have to do others command. Therefore, it will make them feel exhilarating and fulfilling when they reach some succeed.

In conclusion, I find starting a independent ownership has the advantages more greater than its drawbacks. However, I believe that if people want to do their own business, they need to prepare some crucial steps and will to deal with problems.
