now i understand a bit more: u mean one paragraph for 1 reason and one paragraph for punishment is enough

but am afraid there are not enough 250 words so i wrote 2 reasons in the first body paragraph.

On the other hand, some forms of punishment may be useful for raising children. I personally believe that teaching children commitment can be part of a constructive punishment strategy. For instance, when children do a wrong thing such as fighting or drawing on walls, they have to explain why it is wrong and promise not to make the same mistake again. Self - criticizing is likely to help children not only realize their mistakes but also distinguish between good and bad. Thanks to that, children can grow up becoming good citizens.
