More and more people claim that modern work patterns are a source of stress. What do you think are the causes of this? Can you suggest some possible solutions?

In recent decades, society is more and more development with people become busier than before. Criteria work is also higher, so, Stress appears pervasive in modern life and causing physical and mental problems.

Modern work patterns are main reason of stress. Employees are always obsessed by efficiency and productivity of job. Although, the ability to work under high pressure will make employees to promote ability to the best way. The highly competitive environment encourage workers to devote almost all of their time and capacity for job. These help companies to earn the best profit, but it also causes more pressure for their staff. Therefore, they do not have time to care their lover, even themselves and time for relaxing. High-demanding jobs like chief executive, directors, managers are typical of stressful jobs.

In addition, companies are not totally responsible for such prevalent stress. To decrease situation, appropriate work schedule can help employees finished work in a sensible way without sacrifice precious time of them. Management and distribution human resource play essential role in coping with stress. Time management skill is the top important prerequisite condition. Employers should encourage their workers by vacations, rewards and create amiable work environment is also not less significant.
