The maps show the development that occurred in Youngsville in New Zealand within a period of 25 years from 1980 to 2005

It is clear from the maps that many trees were chopped down to make way for new constructions. Additionally, a large number of factories were constructed to the south of the river Alanah.

To the north of the river Alanh, there are many trees around the lake in 1980, but these trees were cut down for the construction of a park in 2005. Meanwhile, a new railway was erected and replaced all residential houses, there was also a construction of a new stadium and a parking lot to the west of the railroad in 2005. However, the hospital still existed from in 2005.

Houses and trees which was located to the south of river Alanah were replaced by factories and warehouses, while airport and parking lot in the southwest corner still remained in 2005. At the same time, there was also a construction of a new warehouse close to the railway station, and new skyscrapers were constructed and replaced all trees and houses.
