The graph compares and contrasts the striking similarities and differences in the quantity of visitors going to London museums each month during summertime. Overall, there was a wide disparity in these three museums. While the British museum had the most visitors, the figure for Science museum and Natural Museum experienced some fluctuations.
Initially, in June, British museum was highest at 600 thousand visitors, followed by around 560 thousand for Natural History and 400 thousand for Science. Then, whereas the figure for British museum reached a peak at 750 thousand, both Science and Natural History dropped significantly to almost 360 thousand and 370 thousand respectively in July.
Over the next two months, the visitors of British museum saw a recovery to approximately 650 thousand after a significant fall to 500 thousand and still kept its leading position. By contrast, the figure for Science museum fell considerably to 300 thousand before growing to 400 thousand in September. Unlike two other museums, Natural History remained stable at its July mark until August and grew rapidly to above 480 thousand at the end of the period.
