The line graph illustrates the proportion of travellers to Scotland who visited Edinburgh attractions, including the Aquarium, Castle, Zoo and Festival in the 1980-2010 period. Overall, The percentage of tourists visited the Aquarium had a strong fluctuation, whereas those of the Aquarium rose significantly before hit the lowest of proportion throughout this period
According to the line graph, starting at about 25%, the percentage of tourists to the castle in Edinburgh, Scotland peaked at nearly 45% in 1995 before dropped steadily at 30%, where was the most popular in 2010. By contrast, from 1980-1985, the number of travellers to Aquarium increased sharply from 25% to about 35% then plummeted to the lowest at under 10%, which was the least visitors in 4 attractions in 2010.
The proportion of people who travelled to the Festival had a small decrease from 30% to roughly 25% and levelled off at about 27% from 2000 to the end of the period, compared with those of Zoo, which had a lot of fluctuation and it increased twice from 10% to 20% throughout the period, where attracted fewer travellers than the Festival attraction
