Writing Task 1 - please correct the grammar mistake and sentences!

The line grap show the change in the monthly number of visitors to Tabard Towers Theme Park last year. While attendances in Theme Park can devided into three distinct period: january to may, june to September and October to December, the trend was obviously upwards.

From jan to may, the number of visitors rising gradually from nearly 30,000 visitors in January to approximately 70,000 visitors in May.

In the next five month, the trend were fluctuated wildly. Before the number of vistitors surging 500% in July, there were a sudden decrease to hit a trough low of 20,000 visitors in july. After fthe number of visitors falling back in Agust, attendances increaing again to reached a new peak at 140,000 visitors in September.

During the last three month of the year, attendances go down by 20,00 visitors a month till the end of the years.
