Meanwhile, the figure of visitors staying on island was fluctuated at that time. The graph shows the number of people staying on island started growing (from 2011 to 2013) with one and a half million of tourists and then there was no increase or decrease in the next two years (2014 and 2015) before dropping in 2016 (under 1,5 million).In general, the total of visitors increased dramatically and reached the peak point at the last year of period and was up to three and one half million of people.

I will wager that there are no fluctuations. Very few Task 1 graphs have that pattern.

At the same time, the number of tourists staying on the island remains constant with a quarter of a million in two years (2010 and 2011).

The five years between 2012 and 2017, a period of high growth of a half-million per year with the number of tourists staying on cruise ships reaching its highest value of two million in 2017. Meanwhile, the number of visitors staying on the island showed a little change. The number of people staying on the island started growing (from 2011 to 2013) with one and a half million tourists and then there was no increase or decrease in the next two years (2014 and 2015) before dropping in 2016 (under 1.5 million).

In general, the total number more than tripled over these eight years. Most of rising due to the increase in tourists arriving on cruise ships. From 2010 to 2015, more stayed on the island than came by ship. After that the reverse was true
