Writing Task 1: car production in the us

Hello. I have studied English for a short time so my ability of writing a passage is not good. Can you check my writing and give me some advice? Thank you so much.

"This line chart illustrates the average number of hours used to manufacture four cars vehicles of four different trademarks at the USA factories.

Overall, the time that was spent to produce vehicles decreased in all four types of car. In 2005, the last year we have data, the figures was quite similar.

According to the graph, in 1998, people took 32 hours to make a General vehicle. It was followed by Ford when the time spending for a vehicle of this brand was 28 hours. In that time, Toyota and Honda had the same position at 22 hours. Although some fluctuations, both 2 brands reached the highest point at 14 hours in 2002 and in 2005, they continued to stand the same situation with 20 hours for a vehicles.

Ford showed a significant decline when the time of its went down quickly and quite regularly. Throughout 7 years, the number of hours was spent to create a vehicle dropped from 32 hours to only 22 hours. In contrary, the time of Ford fluctuated remarkably but after 2001, it fell down to below 22 hours.
