Overall, it can be clearly seen that the expenses of inland fixed-line services had a downward while that of cost on cellphone experienced an upward. At the same time, the figure for the index of money on international fixed- line services saw a stability.

In 2001, the level of money payment for domestic fixed-line services hit the highest point to $700, whereas that of reached the bottom to $200. There were about $250 of the expenses of international fixed-line services. In the next 5 years, a significate rise of about $550 was seen in the index of money used on domestic fixed-line services. In contrast, there were an considerable growth of over $400 in the experditure on subscribers. The cost of gobal fixed-line services saw a slightly increase of $300 at the same time.
