The graph compares data the proportion of internet usage in three different countries between 1999 and 2009.
Overall, the percentage of user in Canada and USA increased constantly, and Canada witnessed the fastest growth in this period while Mexico was tend to go up slightly in the popularity of internet usage.
American users rose moderately, starting at 20% in 1999, and was prone to decrease gradually from 2002 to 2004. After this period, the percentage of internet usage in USA returned to the same speed in 2005 and reached point of 70%. The popularity of who used internet in USA increased slowly and finished at 80% in 2009.
Canada rocketed to the top of the line. The usage started at 10% in 1999 and grew dramatically over 5-year period. The most noticeable case in point is the internet users reached the highest speed in 2004. This trend finished at 100% in 2009, and Canada became the most common country in the proportion of internet usage.
Mexico experienced a very different trend, starting at a small fraction in 1999 and went up minimally. The speed of the population who used internet remained stable, increasing to around 40% in 2009 and Mexico was the least popular country in the rate of internet users.
