Overall, the percentage of people owning a house decreased significantly, while the figures for renters increased dramatically during the period shown.
In 2004, nearly 60% UK people owned a house, whereas only 20% chose to rent a house. By 2009, the proportion of home owners had remained stable with over 50% each year, while there had been a considerable increase in the proportion of renters to above 30%.
Over the last 5 years, the percentage of people who owned a house experienced a substantial drop by around 10%. Conversely, the percentage of people who rented a house rose by a similar figure.

I don't understand this.
There were probably not many homeless people in that age group in the UK, so the chart would show nearly 100% for each year. You did not tell us how many bars there are, either.
