The bar chart depicts information about theproportion of young people from 15 to over 65 years old using the Internet in the UK between 2003 and 2006.

It is clear that the percentage of old people using the internet was lower than the figure for young people.

Overall, in the 15 to 25 age group were highest percentage using the Internet in all other age.

In 2003, 4.3% of people from 15 to 25 ages did use internet , but no figure are given for people who over 65 age at the same time. The proportion of population aging from 15 to 25 ages using internet in the UK was 4.4% and this figure for higher at 4.5% in 2005. Furthermore, people who aged 25 to 35 accounted for 4.2%of people using internet in 2003, in next 2 years the number of people using Internet in the UK stood at 4.3%. The percentage of people under 65 increased considerably. People who aged over 65 using Internet was lower than that of young people, this age group using highest in 2005, with 0.5%.
