Writing task 1

The line chart decribes how elderly population of three diffrent countries have changed since 1940 and how it will change in the future.

It is evident that the percentage of population aged 65 years and more in all three countries was an upward the trend. In addition, there is the most dramatic increase in Japan in all countries.

In 1940, the USA is the highest percentage of the old population and the Sweden follow right after. However, from 19940 to 2030, both countries have been fluctuated.in 2030, 18% of the elderly population of Sweden while the figure of USA is 16%.Ten years later, both countries will rise trend.

According the line chart, the lowest proportion of people who had 65 years and over in 1940 is Japan which varied slightly but the JAPAN sill kept intact 5% in 2015. Between 2030 and 2040 the forecast that the number of Japan’s the old population will rise sharply.
