Some people believe that nowadays people have many choices. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

It is argued that in this modern life, people make a great number of choices. In my perspective, I do not totally agree with this idea.

On the one hand, It is undeniable that with the dramatic promotion of technology and globalisation around the world, many domestic products are manufactured and overseas ones are imported to the country each year. As a result, people have no choice but to make a decision between a variety of things from the simplest to the most complicated one. For example, around 10 years ago in Vietnam, there are some but qualified universities in VN, so people who graduated often got a job immediately. But now several schools appear like mushrooms after rain alongside with the reduction of teaching quality, college students have more tendency to be unemployed or struggling to find a well-paid job.

On the other hand, if she has a certain aim and only focuses on it, she will not come across as many choices as people may think compared to a person whose goals are still quite vague. For example, whenever go to the market, the vital work need to be done is to write a list of what need to buy, therefore keep following the list and purchase the same product that you found very effective lately, so that person will not waste much time to decide between an ocean of items, both new and old.

In conclusion, when a person is wise and clever enough, it is unlikely that she will have to face many choices in this convenient world.
