Writing Part 1 IELTS - Table. I truly appreciate your help.

The table shows the portion of several consumer durables ownerships taking up in the households. There were reflections in how the percentage of households owning eight kinds of products changed from 1972 to 1983.

It is clear that televisions, vacuum cleaners, refrigerators were the most common consumer durables as all three of them taking up no less than 70% throughout the period. By contrast, central heatings, videos, washing machines, dishwashers, and telephones appeared less popular at the starting point but gradually played much larger roles in 1983.

In 1972, the percentage of households having a television was 93%, while the figures for vacuum cleaners and refrigerators were lower, at 87% and 73% respectively. Until 1983, vacuum cleaners and refrigerators saw a steady increase that both surpassed 90% at the end of the period. On the other hand, televisions remained on top with nearly 100% in 1983.

Central heatings, telephones, and washing machines shared less significant portions in 1972, at 37%, 42%, and 66% respectively. Throughout the period, these three saw an upward trend in the percentage of households ownerships. In 1983, the figures for those were no less than two-third, while dishwashers stayed under 6% since first appeared in 1978 despite the steady increase. It was also in 1983 when videos joined the consumer durables category for the first time.
