This report will refer to two maps that show how the main office of the AAA Accountancy changed over time.
Overall, it is clear that the number of rooms has been reduced and therefore, there was more space to add equipment properly.
At first, the main office consisted of five mini offices, three rooms and a front desk behind the entry. There is only one way in the middle that divided the office into two parts: the North and the South. Furthermore, each mini office had three desks, a fax and a copier, except the manager's office.
Later, the office has changed considerably, mostly regarding the arrangement of facilities. Firstly, the front desk has been converted to other shape, and it is next to two new sets of sofa. Moreover, the storage room is relocated to the North West of the office, and a sofa set replaces its previous position. Also, three sets of four desks, a bigger fax and copier lie neatly in the middle. Three rooms to the East have remained the same locations, but the meeting room is larger.
