Writing Part 1 IELTS - Line graph, Meat & Fish

Thanks for your kindness and patience. Writing has always challenged me so I really appreciate all your feedback and advice. Have a good day!

The line graph shows the amount of fish and several kinds of meat a European country consumed from 1979 to 2004.
Overall, fish was less popular a choice compared to chicken, beef, or lamb throughout the period. The consumption of fish was stable for 25 years while the other three categories showed lots of fluctuations.
In 1979, one person consumed about, in total, 510 grams of meat per week, while the figure for fish was just around 60 grams. Ten years later, the consumptions of chicken and beef were equal to approximately 200 grams. On the other hand, only 100 grams of lamb was consumed per week by one person. The next five years saw little changes in the amount of consumed fish. By contrast, the figures for beef and lamb both went down while the one for chicken increased.
From that point, beef and lamb were consumed gradually less while the fish consumption remained within a tight range at approximately the same value. By the end of the period, one human consumed in total 420 grams of meat a week, 300% higher than the figure for fish, at about only 40 grams.
