Writing no. 1 - comparison of 2 Ipods (I'd be very grateful for your comments)

Dear All,

Here's a brief comparison of two Apple products - Ipod Nano and Ipod Classic. I'd be very grateful if someone could point out any non-native-sounding sentences and correct any grammatical mistakes. I know it's kind of longish... but I guess the only way ti improve is to root out errors one makes... Thank you in advance.

Today I'd like to compare two of the products from the wide range of products designed and manufactured by Apple, namely Ipod Nano and Ipod Classic. Both of them have been available on the market for a long time and both have ardent supporters as well as staunch opponents. In this brief comparison I' going to focus on some basic characteristcs of both Ipods, taking into consideration 5 most important factors: capabilities, battery life, capacity, price and charge time.
  • Capability

When it comes to capability there are some minor differences between Ipod Nano and Ipod Classic. Although both of them are capable of being used as mp3 and video players, Ipod Nano has been equipped with an FM radio, which Ipod Classic lacks. What's more Ipod Nano seems to have been designed specificly for active fitness-fans who wish to go jogging while listening to music since the Nano supports two technologies developed in cooperation with a major shoemaker Nike, that is: Walk & Run, and Nike+

  • Battery life

In terms of battery life both Ipods are quite similar, with a small advantage on the Classic's side. Ipod Nano's battery can last for up to 30 hours of constant audio playback, whereas the one built in the Classic model lasts for about 36hours. A minor difference one could claim but surely makes a difference to music lovers.

  • Capacity and price

Here we come to, one could argue, the most important part of this comparison. Capacity and price are thr two factors that many consider most important. Let's have a look at Ipod Nano firts. Apple offers only one version of its little player, that is a model equipped with 16GB of memory. One could claim this is not enough, especially when compared to Nano's older cousin - Ipod Classic, which is equipped with an impressive 160GB hard drive. However, with more memory, comes a higher price. Ipod Classic can be bought for 249USD, whereas Ipod Nano will cost Apple's customers about 100USD less.

  • Charge Time

Finally, the last factor I'd like to compare is (the) charge time. As in all Apple products there's no significant difference between the two Ipods we are looking at. Ipod Nano's charge time is equal to 3h, while Classic's charge time equals 4h.

Bare with me, I know the text is longish but I'd be much obliged if someone could at least correct one or two paragraphs. Thank you!

Two more questions.

1. Can I reformulate this sentence in some to get rid of the product doubled in the sentence?

2. What do you think, in general, about my comparison? Does it
