Writing mail for thesis date extension
Dear Prof. Roy
I am Sri datthaa supervisor of Kiran Rao here at Tankadoo Inc. Mr. Rao has his last date for the thesis submission on 22nd June. Actually there was a delay in the hardware delivery which in turn delayed his thesis documentation work. Could you please extend his submission date of report for at least 2 weeks.
