Letter Writing

Writing Letters to the Dean

Hello,

I need to write a letter to the Dean to ask aissistance in clarifying/reconsidering a final grade. I have already tried talking to the Professor and the Chair, but have not received a response. Writing to the Dean is my last resort/effort. My question is, do I need to cc: anyone?

I would CC . I have mentioned in my letter. Is there is anybody else that you feel may be appropriate such as awarding bodies etc?
