Writing in same structure as the sentence before the conjunction???

Please look at the following sentence.

"We can be reached between 8 a.m and 10 p.m Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m to 8 p.m"

[Q1] Can I not write "We can reach between 8 a.m and 10 p.m Monday to Friday or Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m to 8 p.m"?

[Q2] I've learned I should write words in same turn as structure of the clause before the conjunction in case that I want to connect sentences and words with a conjunction.

I think the sentence above should be like this.
"We can be reached between 8 a.m and 10 p.m Monday to Friday or from 8 a.m to 8 p.m Saturday and Sunday"
Is my sentence above wrong?

Thank you in advance for your teaching.
