Writing ietls task 2

Question: some people believe that there should be fixed punishment for each type of crime. Others, however, argue that the circumstances of an individual crime, and the motivation for committing it, should always be taken into account when deciding on the punishment. Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

Some people give an idea that each type of crime should has a fixed punishment, wherase other people think that it should be considered carefully and clearly before giving a punishment for different type of crime. In my opinion, depend on the level of committing a crime, circumstance or motivation for committing it will have different punishments.

There should be fixed punishment for each type of crime. It is a good way for some situations such as a murder or committing a rape but there are some situations that need giving a tolerance like unintentionally killing people. Although they killed people, it is unintentional situation, so they should have a less punishment than a murder. Although they broke the law, it is still not the end for them. It should be have a better way to punish them more effectively, they should be encouraged to continous to live a better life after punishment in the future than ending your life with death penalty.

Circumstances of an individual crime and the motivation for committing need to be considered carefully in order to have a reasonable punishment. Some situations need to be considered clearly before giving a final decision. Before having a hasty punishment, it should be found out the way that they commit a crime, committing a crime come from intentional or unintentional circumstance. Finding the truth of problem which they make will have a right punishment. Therefore, it is necessary to have a considerate decision of punishment. It shows the tolerance in every person, illustrating the idea which always want to makk people have a better way in their life after committing a crime. I always want have the exception in some law to consider circumstances of individual crime so that people committing a crime can come back the better life than end up their life in prison or recieve the death penalty.

In conclusion, as I mentioned above, depend on situations that people committing a crime, there should be a carefully consideration before giving them a strong punishment.
