Please help me check my IELTS essay. Thank you!

Nowadays, job hopping has become more and more popular with university graduates. Why is this? Is this positive or negative?

In this age and day, graduates are more and more interested in changing jobs. There are two reasons for that and in my opinion, non-permanent jobs in any company bring positive value for young people.

To begin with, being keen on job-hopping stems mainly from human psychology and business problems. With the dynamism and enthusiasm of youth, graduates quickly absorb the knowledge from the company and change to another for a new touchstone. They want to gain experience in as many positions as possible when they are not bound by children or age restrictions. For example, when it comes to career goals, 41 percent of gen Z believe that self-growth is the most important, no longer being developed is the reason 57 percent of them consider changing jobs. In addition, young workers may be dissatisfied with salary, their boss, and colleagues so they want to change the work environment.

This is a positive trend because it brings many opportunities for young people. First, switching jobs enables green employees to try their hands at different expertises. It follows that they easily determine the strong suit before landing the most appropriate job. Second, they can rely on their rich experience to apply for a higher position in the next job hop. Last but not least, presenting in many companies to help them expand their network and have great associates or mentors. For distance, an intern requires a minimum of 5 years of experience to get to a senior position in a company. But for freelancers, that process can be shortened.

In conclusion, because of human psychology and business problems, job-hopping has become the “New Normal” for young people. Not a threat, changing jobs lead them to the pinnacle of their career with the opportunities it offers.
