Some people think that people who choose a job early and keep doing it are more likely to get a satisfying career life than those who frequently change jobs.To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Answer:

Some people think that workers who often switch jobs normally do not have job satisfaction. I complety agree with the idea that these are a waste of time and money, and that we should decide our job at an early age.
There are several reasons why those who frequetly change jobs often are not happy with their career. Firstly, they propably will not get hired, for the employers may think that the employee will have a high chance of jumping jobs again. Secondly, since you have to quitted job several times you will likely to loose the determination, which is an important factor to get a high place in work, higher salary. Finally there is a risk that you will not find a job that you want or it could cost lots of time, even half of your life to find what is your truth desire.

I believe that having an idea of which job you are going to do save us plenty of time and money. Similarly, by joinning the company from the very start will give you an amount of time to adapting to the new environmen, so it will be easier to get a promotion, since the CEO has seen your dedication to work. Compared this to switching jobs all the time, while you got time working seriously, those who still have not chosen their career path yet will propably are still busy finding their purposes of life.

In conclusion, my view is that people should choose what to do since an early age, and it is wrong wasting precious time and money on finding what you really wanted to do.
