Is the correct grammer "Betty and I are planning to visit you next Tuesday? or Betty and me plan to visit you next Tuesday"???

Only the first is correct: Betty and I are planning ...

You wouldn't say "Me plan to visit you", so you don't say "Betty and me plan ..." either.
