Writing for Grammar Check PLS

Following is my self-assessment for my promotion from a sales to a branch manager in my company. I really need to have a very nice English writing to submit to my supervisor.

Please check and correct my grammar. Many thanks!!!

1. Decision Making

As a branch manager, I learned that I'll encounter and deal with a lot of decisions in my daily work. Every time to make a right and appropriate decision need concern and value different aspects of the case. I've a well understanding of the company operational manual, and I think this is a basic guidline for me to handle my duty. In case if I come across some critical case in the future that I hardly to make decision by myself. I'll report to my districk manager and listen to his advise.

2. Leading Performance

In my presence position, mainly I only need to focus on my sales team. These years, my team under my lead has been doing great. We gain good result in each seasonal count. I devote time to communicate with each of my teammate. Give motivation, provide help, sharing thought and tactic. The atmosphere in my team is very good and so they do the best for me. As a branch manager, I need to manage more. Practically, I'm not so familar with the operational team, I learned a lot from the course about the nature and procedure etc about it that I think it's no problem for me. Of course, through time and experience, I believe I can do better.

3. Customer Oriented

Sales and service is always my first pripority in my wroking principal. In my over ten years working life, I've got zero complaint from my customer. And I've established a good and trust relationship with most of my clients. This is all known by my co-workers and colleagues. In some occasion, more patience and perserverance have to put in. No matter what kind of customer we encounter, a present and nice attitude is my basic rule. Further, I found that an image of having self confident and well knowledge on my own professional help a lot for me to deal with different issue of my customers.

4. Interpersonal

A good interpersonal skill is very important in work. It enchance and smooth everything. I give myself 75 out of 100 of a full mark in this part. I've a very happy relationship with my colleagues and boss in my branch. The progress could be pay more effort on expanding my business network with other people and co-work in this field. I'll try to meet more people in different business meetings and seminars. I think this personal network would help to do better in my job.

5. Personal Development

Sales and a branch manager is quite a two different kind of job. As a branch manager, I know I am very green in this stage. But as I've been working in the branch for some time, though there are somd kind of branch manager duties I've no practical experience in it, but I've got the idea. Further, the trainee course also give me some solid and useful knowledge and information. In the further, I plan to take some related managing course to enchance my work. I trust I would capabie to do well in my position as a branch manager.
