0Sorry, I didn't realise you would have a problem with the old RP accent of the interviewer but it is a very silly voice isn't it?! Here's the whole thing (I've amended on of the boy's sentences but otherwise I think I've got it down accurately now. There is still the puzzle of the word in the first statement, they laugh at him when he ? It sounds like heeem but it must be a dialect word.) Can

0 Because 'us are country yokels' is something you can imagine a country yokel saying. The joke against them is that they are considered stupid people. That is really what this whole clip about - is the kid perceived by others in a negative way because of his accent - as a 'not-bright' person. 0-
