writing checklists

Hi,
Are there any grammar rules for writing checklists? Would I be able to not use "be" verbs? Also, should I say "Would I be able to not use" or "Would I be able not to use"?

Supporting details added
Spellling checked
One main idea

It is just a list, so you can write a personal list any way that is helpful for you. However, if it is in a resume, essay or other more formal piece of writing, then you must concern yourself with parallel structure. It is unnecessary to use 'be': Supporting details added Spelling checked One main idea included or Add supporting details Check spelling Include one main idea or Addition of supporting details Check of spelling Inclusion of one main idea
