Writing an email to a client regarding product renewal. Need help.

One of my clients subscription based product is due for renewal and I have to send ask his permission to renew it from my end which he will reimburse later.

This is what I have got so far.

Hi Tony,

Your website <website.com> is up for renewal and the amount due is $xx. Please confirm if I should renew the same for you.

Thanks!

I am not sure if the wording is right, especially the bold part.
