Writing a sarcastic apology without apologizing

Hi guys, I need help in writing a letter of apology to a college with out actually apologizing. I only need a few lines the shorter the better. She is accusing me of calling her a liar which I never did, she is on a witch hunt with anyone who is in the management team in out company and is a trouble maker, I have the full backing of the management, I am in an difficult position as I am only a relief supervisor and only act up when a supervisor is on leave.

Believe it or not there are situations in life where one is forced by situation or particular circumstance to write an apology letter out of necessity even though it is not deserved. Otherwise, I wouldn't be posting here!
