Letter Writing
Writing a reply to an interview letter and I need your help.
'Dear Ms xxxx,
Thank you very much for your quick response to my enquiry. I would like to thank you for the advice you gave me on contacting XXXX. I have already send all required documentation and I am waiting for the Statement of Comparability from them. As far as I am concerned, the whole procedure takes about three weeks. I am going to XXXX on April 30th and I hope that the documents will have arrived by that time. I really appreciate the opportunity for an interview at a convenient time....
is it OK? Also, A lady that I am writing to, asked me when we could arrange the meeting and I would like to reply that we can meet at a convienient time for her but starting from May and I don't know how to write it in a polite and formal way..
