Writing a letter to the dean at a school

I need to know how to write a professional letter about asking for another chance to stay at their school because I have being charge with violation charge of plagiarism and I have so closed of graduating and I need to convince the dean of the school that it is important to not get kicked out of school at this time because it is very important to me to get another chance and avoid plagiarism when doing all of my assignments that is assigned to me and I will do my best to attempt getting more help at Ashford University because this degree that I am attaining from their school has been my dream every since I were nine years old and I am trying my very best to make my dream comes true A.S.a.p. and i need to finish up this letter today 1-26-10.
