Writing a letter to Dean & Vice-Dean for getting invited to speak on a topic at the University

Hello! I am a spiritual teacher from India. I am living in Hungary since 3 years. I found a very nice university in my city where I felt like giving a talk on "How Spirituality is going to help students in their career" or "How Yoga helps them in their career". I don't know how to write a letter to dean for getting invited on their campus. Can you please give me a format or something like that please. It is very important for me to help students handle the pressure from their parents and society and do well in their life. I just want to help all those students to practice meditation so that they can be calm and do their duties without much stress. Thank you so much.
