Writing a letter to auditor to conduct audit for company 9 years account
Dear All,
I am new over here. I am now writing a formal email to auditor to conduct audit for my company's 9 years account, we need to know how they plan the time for us to conduct audit. I am appreciate if you can help me on correct my grammar and sentence. Email as below:
Dear Sir,
RE: AUDIT - FINANCIAL YEAR ENDING 30/06/08 TO 30/06/16
This is to inform you that our Company is now get ready to you to conduct audit for financial year end 30/06/08, 30/06/09 and 30/06/10 by end of December 2015.
Other than this, we are now planning to complete account for financial year end 30/06/11, 30/06/12 and 30/06/13 by end of February 2017, then 30/06/14, 30/06/15 and 30/06/16 by end of April 2017. Please advice us your audit schedule towards our Company on these financial year end.
Furthermore, we would like to have audit journal entries, creditor and debtor listing for financial year end 30/06/2007 for us to adjust our opening balance for year 2008.
